Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of directly related full-time experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint management systems and policies.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts and device management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and operate enterprise endpoint management tools across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Assist with provisioning workflows and automated enrollment processes.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security and configuration policies as directed.
• Perform software deployments, updates, and packaging tasks.
• Maintain inventory records and track work in IT ticketing systems.
