Job summary

Becton Dickinson (BD) seeks an energetic Endourology Territory Manager to drive sales and market share in the assigned Georgia territory. You will develop territory plans, identify growth opportunities, and expand utilization within hospitals, ambulatory centers, and physician offices, while building strong relationships with physicians and health-system stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years of successful sales experience in medical devices/healthcare/surgical technologies.
• Urology/Endourology or capital equipment sales preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders in complex healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes, IDN structures, value analysis committees, and physician decision-making dynamics.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and manage a sales territory.
• Strong business planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office; willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with urologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare administrators within assigned accounts.
• Drive sales growth across the Endourology portfolio through territory planning and account penetration.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions to improve outcomes and economic value.
• Support product evaluations, physician training, and case coverage.
• Collaborate with National Accounts and Strategic Customer teams on initiatives within the territory.
• Identify competitive opportunities and drive new business development.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and use CRM tools to forecast and manage opportunities.
• Conduct business reviews and provide accurate territory updates.
• Analyze account performance and implement action plans to maximize growth.
• Deliver product education and clinical support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
