Job summary

Becton Dickinson in Covington, GA is seeking an Endourology Territory Manager to drive sales growth of our Endourology portfolio across hospitals, clinics and surgery centers. You will build strong relationships with urologists and clinicians, develop territory business plans, and expand utilization while improving outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years of successful sales experience in medical devices or related area.
• Experience with urology/endourology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with urologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare administrators.
• Drive sales growth across the Endourology portfolio through territory planning and account penetration.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions that improve outcomes and value.
• Support product evaluations, clinician training, and case coverage as needed.
• Forecast, manage pipeline, and provide accurate territory updates.
