Job summary

BD is seeking an Endourology Territory Manager in Covington, GA to drive sales growth across our Endourology portfolio. You will develop territory plans, identify growth opportunities, and expand utilization in hospitals, ASCs, and physician offices while building strong relationships with physicians, supply chain teams, and healthcare administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years of successful sales experience in medical devices or related industries.
• Urology/Endourology or healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders in complex healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes and IDN structures.
• Proven ability to meet sales objectives and manage a territory.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with urologists, physicians, nurses, and administrators.
• Drive sales growth across the Endourology portfolio through territory planning and account penetration.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions to improve outcomes and value.
• Support product evaluations, physician training, and case coverage.
• Collaborate with senior sales teams to support IDN, health system, and GPO initiatives.
• Identify competitive opportunities and execute new business strategies.
• Gather competitive intelligence on market trends and pricing dynamics.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and use CRM for forecasting and execution.
• Conduct business reviews and provide accurate territory updates.
• Deliver product education and clinical support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
