BD is seeking an Endourology Territory Manager to drive sales growth and expand market share across hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician offices in an assigned territory. You will promote BD's Endourology portfolio, develop territory business plans, and build strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, supply chain teams, and healthcare administrators.

The role requires at least two years of medical devices sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years of successful sales experience in medical devices/healthcare.
• Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders in complex healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes and IDN structures is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the territory.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinicians, supply chain leaders, and healthcare administrators.
• Drive sales growth and market share for the Endourology portfolio within the territory.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions for improved outcomes and value.
• Support product evaluations, physician training, and case coverage when needed.
• Collaborate with National Accounts and Strategic Customer teams on IDN and health system initiatives.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
• Conduct business reviews and analyze account performance to maximize growth.
• Deliver product education and clinical support to customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
