Lobby Co is expanding its endourology portfolio and seeks a Territory Manager to lead sales across the Southwest. You will build ties with urologists, hospital stakeholders, and clinical teams, owning the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contracting.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, comfortable in procedural environments, and capable of growing the territory through clinical and strategic selling. Travel across AZ, NM, El Paso, and Las Vegas is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience.
• Experience selling into urology or hospital environments is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to develop physician relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Travel across the territory required.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales objectives.
• Build relationships with urologists, surgeons, clinical staff, and hospital teams.
• Identify and develop new opportunities across hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory centers.
• Provide clinical and procedural support to physicians when appropriate.
• Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and customer education.
• Forecast sales and maintain territory pipeline; collaborate with internal partners.
