Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and proven track record in sales within medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience building relationships with physicians, clinicians, and hospital staff.
• Ability to develop territory business plans and forecast performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with urologists, physicians, nurses, and administrators.
• Drive sales growth across Endourology portfolio through territory planning and account penetration.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions to improve outcomes and value.
• Support product evaluations, physician training, and case coverage.
• Collaborate with National Accounts and Strategic Customer teams on IDN and GPO initiatives.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and use CRM for forecasting and execution.
