Job summary

Carle Health's Digestive Health Center seeks a Surgical Technologist to support endoscopy procedures, assist with instruments, obtain specimens, and reprocess endoscopes. You will work with the endoscopy team to maintain room setup and equipment, and coordinate supplies to ensure efficient patient flow.

Multiple shifts available (8-, 9-, 10-hour) with sign-on and relocation bonuses. Requires Associate’s degree and Surgical Technology program or completion certificate; CER within 18 months and

Qualifications

• CER within 18 months
• BLS within 30 days
• Associate’s Degree or Surgical Technology training
• Ability to scrub basic surgical procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with procedures and instruments
• Reprocess endoscopes and related accessories
• Prepare, stock and organize procedure rooms
• Collect specimens and transport per hospital policy
• Maintain aseptic technique and infection control standards
