Qualifications

• Excellent communication and infection control are required.
• Independently scrubs basic surgical procedures and maintains sterile technique.
• Applied knowledge of anatomy, physiology, microbiology and pharmacology for patient care.
• Knowledge of electricity, robotics and lasers used in surgical settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing supplies and equipment to maintain efficiency and cost control.
• Document patient data and care per standards.
• Maintain asepsis and sterile environment; separate clean/dirty areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members, patients and families.
