Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support the Digestive Health Center and endoscopy team. You will assist with patient care, obtain specimens, handle instruments, and reprocess endoscopes between cases.

This role offers flexible shifts (8, 9, or 10 hours) and includes sign-on and relocation bonuses. Candidates must have an Associate’s Degree and Surgical Technology training, plus CER and BLS certifications within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Surgical Technology education required.
• CER certification within 18 months of hire.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician with procedures and instruments.
• Reprocess endoscopes and sterilize equipment.
• Maintain aseptic environment and supply inventory.
• Document patient data and procedures.
• Provide intra-team communication and support.
