Job summary

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley in California is seeking a Manager of Endoscopy Services to lead day-to-day operations of the Endoscopy Program, coordinate room utilization, staffing, and throughput, and ensure safe, patient-centered care within the Interventional and Procedural Services Platform.

You will oversee high-level disinfection/reprocessing with the team, ensure staff competency, participate in quality and regulatory readiness, and partner with GI/endoscopy leadership, anesthesia,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing required.
• Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• RN licensure and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily endoscopy operations, room utilization, and throughput.
• Coordinate scheduling, prep, recovery, and discharge processes.
• Oversee scope reprocessing/high-level disinfection with partners.
• Supervise nursing and technical staff; manage recruitment and development.
• Monitor quality indicators and ensure regulatory readiness.
