Job summary

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley in California seeks a Manager of Endoscopy Services to lead day-to-day operations, coordinate pre/post-procedure activities, and ensure safe, efficient endoscopy care.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Procedural Nursing and Clinical Operations, the role oversees scope reprocessing, throughput, quality readiness, and patient experience, partnering with GI leadership, anesthesia, nursing, infection prevention, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical endoscopy/perioperative or related experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of formal or informal leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily endoscopy operations, room utilization, scheduling, and throughput.
• Oversee high-level disinfection, scope reprocessing, and regulatory readiness.
• Supervise nursing and technical staff, recruit, onboard, and develop competency.
• Partner with scheduling, anesthesia, GI leadership, infection prevention, and quality teams.
• Ensure patient experience is at the center of care and promote C-I-CARE principles.
