Job summary

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a Lead Endoscopy Technician to act as the technical and operational lead for the Endoscopy Services. You will support procedural operations, equipment management, and workflow coordination while guiding Endoscopy Technicians and aiding leadership with readiness and quality initiatives.

You will ensure safety, promote standard work, and partner with clinical teams to maintain efficiency and exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
• Experience with advanced endoscopic procedures and equipment troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of infection prevention practices and high-level disinfection standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily technical workflow and procedures with nursing leadership.
• Provide procedural support during endoscopic procedures and assist with equipment readiness.
• Serve as lead preceptor for onboarding Endoscopy Technicians and coach staff.
