Job summary

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a Manager of Perioperative Services to lead day-to-day operations across Operating Room, PACU, and recovery areas. You will oversee staffing, case readiness, and workflow improvements to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Procedural Nursing and Clinical Operations and requires a Bachelor’s in nursing with CA RN licensure and BLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical perioperative experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience preferred.
• BLS and CA RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day perioperative operations, staffing, case readiness, and room flow.
• Supervise nurse managers, charge nurses, and staff; support recruitment and onboarding.
• Monitor quality, safety, regulatory readiness, and improve clinical practices.
