Job summary

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a Manager of Perioperative Services to lead day-to-day operations for perioperative nursing and clinical operations within the Interventional and Procedural Services Platform. You will oversee operating room activities, pre/post and PACU care, and partner with surgeons, anesthesia, SPD, and supply chain to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and a master’s degree is preferred, with at least five years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing required.
• Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical perioperative/related acute care experience required.
• CA Registered Nurse license (BRN) required; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day perioperative nursing and clinical operations across OR, pre/post, PACU and procedural recovery.
• Supervise nurse managers and staff; drive staffing, scheduling, and case readiness.
• Ensure surgical safety, regulatory readiness, and adherence to C-I-CARE standards.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, SPD, supply chain, and procedural scheduling.
• Monitor quality indicators, safety events, and improvement initiatives.
