This executive will shape strategy, governance, and performance analytics, partnering with physicians, nursing, and enterprise leaders to improve access, safety, and financial performance.

The role requires a Master’s degree and seven years of senior leadership in perioperative or interventional services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in perioperative, procedural, interventional, or hospital operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with physician partners, quality oversight, and financial accountability.
• Strong communication, governance, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with procedural access, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year strategy for Interventional and Procedural Services Platform.
• Provide executive oversight for OR, Cath Lab, IR, Endoscopy, Pre/Post/PACU/Procedural Recovery, Sterile Processing, scheduling/access, and operational business operations.
• Establish cross-platform standard work for daily readiness, case flow, turnover, and throughput.
• Lead governance, performance dashboards, and a Just Culture approach to safety and quality.
• Lead workforce development, budgeting, capital planning, and physician alignment.
