Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams with equipment readiness and service excellence. You will troubleshoot, coordinate coverage, and collaborate with SPD, OR, and biomedical staff to ensure smooth procedures and compliant documentation.

The role requires the ability to travel, rotate shifts, and maintain equipment readiness while delivering high-quality customer service. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to work rotating schedules including on-call, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently.
• Visual acuity, color vision and manual dexterity.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and clear communication.
• Ability to travel for coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate and assemble instrumentation and equipment.
• Perform in-line function testing and quality checks.
• Wrap and containerize sets for sterilization.
• Maintain and update instrument lists with SPD leadership.
• Coordinate repairs, replacements, and tracking per protocols.
• Collaborate with OR, SPD and hospital leadership on readiness.
