Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel and provide coverage at other accounts as needed, including occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently; ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and use fine motor skills for extended periods.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to make independent decisions in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to clearly explain and follow detailed guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables to ensure readiness before each procedure.
• Support operating room teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and providing timely equipment adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to maintain high service reliability and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, central processing, biomedical teams to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records for equipment usage and performance metrics.
• Stay current through ongoing training on Stryker equipment and new technologies, educating staff on product use.
• Provide flexible coverage including on-call, overnight, weekend shifts, and travel as needed.
