Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation in the United States seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site, hands-on support and training for Fujifilm ES equipment in Endoscopy and related departments. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and educate clients, becoming the primary clinical resource for the regional sales team.

This role requires strong communication, field experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Outlook; able to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training and education of Fujifilm equipment for regional customers.
• Deliver on-site client support and post-sale responsibilities.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video tower/system.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain Fujifilm equipment.
• Analyze data and provide reports to senior management.
