Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to deliver on-site, hands-on support across the Endoscopy portfolio for regional customers. You will train staff, troubleshoot equipment, and provide data-driven insights while coordinating with sales and clinical teams.

The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Experience in GI/pulmonary endoscopy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site training and education of Fujifilm equipment for regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support per account agreements.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video towers and systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm equipment.
• Analyze data to provide insights for training and optimization.
