Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to independently provide customer support for ES equipment in Endoscopy and other departments. You will train staff, troubleshoot, and manage Fujifilm equipment for assigned customers, serving as the primary clinical resource and collaborating with sales regionally.

Role requires on-site, hands-on support, data analysis, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy. Experience in advanced therapeutic procedures highly preferred.
Operate a computer effectively, including Microsoft Office and email applications.

Responsibilities

Provide continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment for regional customers.
Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support per account agreement.
Set up and support Fujifilm video tower/system.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm equipment.
Provide daily maintenance and independent management of the client’s Fujifilm equipment.
