Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site, hands-on support for endoscopy equipment, train customer staff, and collaborate with the regional sales team. You will manage equipment, troubleshoot issues, and deliver education across the customer base.

This role requires strong communication, data analysis, and the ability to travel up to 50%. You will report to the Zone Sales Director or Regional Manager and contribute to service excellence

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; advanced procedures preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Outlook.
• Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site training and continuous support for Fujifilm equipment.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video tower/system and inspect equipment.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and monitor equipment; report repairs.
• Deliver data-driven insights and reports to management.
• Attend local/regional/national trade shows as needed.
