Job summary

Fujifilm is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to deliver on-site support for Endoscopy equipment. You will train customer staff, troubleshoot devices, and manage service activities across assigned accounts.

The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and field experience in clinical settings; travel up to 50% may be needed. Excellent collaboration with sales and clinical teams is essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, marketing or quantitative field preferred.
• Strong clinical/field support experience in healthcare tech.
• Experience with GI/pulmonary endoscopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site training and education for Fujifilm equipment.
• Deliver face-to-face client support and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain equipment, monitor repairs, and report progress.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports and share insights with management.
• Attend local/regional trade shows and ensure safety compliance.
