Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to independently provide customer support for Fujifilm’s ES equipment in Endoscopy and related departments. You will train customer staff, troubleshoot, and deliver on-site, hands-on support for the full product catalog.

The role serves as the primary clinical resource for the region, partners with the sales team, and travels locally to regional events as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy. Experience in advanced therapeutic procedures highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to relay technical information clearly.
• Ability to troubleshoot all Fujifilm endo equipment and determine root cause.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource by providing continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment and/or services for our regional based customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support and manage equipment as per account agreements.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain Fujifilm equipment; monitor repair transactions.
• Provide staff training and identify process improvements to reduce repairs.
• Act as clinical liaison with weekly/monthly reports to management; identify trends and inform decisions.
• Analyze data to monitor installation and usage progress and optimize training.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
• Adhere to safety policies and comply with FDA/ISO requirements.
