Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to support Fujifilm’s ES equipment in Endoscopy. The role delivers hands-on training, performs setup, troubleshooting and maintenance, and serves as the clinical liaison for regional customers and the sales team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource by providing continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment and/or services for regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support including setup, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Fujifilm equipment.
• Provide daily maintenance and independent management of the client’s Fujifilm equipment and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for understanding repair history and root cause analysis to minimize repairs.
• Develop and deliver weekly/monthly reports for senior management with installation metrics and training effectiveness.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
