Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site, hands-on support for Endoscopy equipment. You will train customer staff, troubleshoot, and maintain Fujifilm systems, while coordinating with sales and regional management.

Role requires technical aptitude, clinical knowledge of GI/pulmonary endoscopy, and strong communication. Occasional travel up to 50% is expected; base salary plus KPI bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; advanced procedures preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customers.
• Ability to troubleshoot all Fujifilm endo equipment and identify root causes.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Decision-making to determine training needs and equipment usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training and education of Fujifilm equipment and services for regional customers.
• Deliver on-site client support per account agreements.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video tower/system.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Monitor, report, and support repair transactions.
• Provide data-driven insights and weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Travel locally/regionally up to 50% to engage customers.
