Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to independently provide on-site support and training for Endoscopy equipment. You will serve as the primary clinical resource for customers, delivering hands-on support, setup, troubleshooting, and staff training across the product catalog.

The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills, with travel up to 50% and occasional participation in regional events.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/marketing/quantitative fields.
• Minimum 2 years field sales or clinical experience.
• GI/pulmonary endoscopy knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot Fujifilm endo equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, hands-on client support and training to customers.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video tower/system and related equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain Fujifilm equipment.
• Provide regular reports on installation and usage progress to management.
• Analyze data to identify trends and training needs.
• Develop workflows to improve efficiency and reduce repairs.
• Coordinate with sales team and act as clinical liaison for customers.
• Attend trade shows and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
