Job summary

Fujifilm seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site support for Endoscopy equipment within the United States, training staff and physicians, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will partner with the sales team regionally and deliver hands-on client service across Fujifilm’s Endoscopy catalog.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, maintenance, data reporting, and ongoing staff training, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of field sales or clinical experience.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training and education on Fujifilm equipment for regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support per account agreements.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video towers/systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain Fujifilm equipment.
• Monitor, report, and support repair transactions.
• Analyze data and deliver insights to improve training and usage progress.
