The candidate will collaborate with Clinical Sales Specialists, manage accounts, pursue new business, and provide regular sales forecasts while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of field sales experience in a medical device or related industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage territory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and market share inside the regional territory as directed.
• Pursue new business and develop new methods of attaining business.
• Implement strategic plans to attain a 10% annual increase in market share.
• Direct clinical demonstrations for qualified target accounts and pursue closing of business.
• Coordinate pre-demo activities with Clinical Sales Specialist to ensure successful demonstrations.
• Nurture current customer accounts through routine calls and product demonstrations.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, hospital staff and outside consultants.
• Train customers on proper use of equipment in clinical settings and provide educational materials.
• Support product development through clinical evaluations and reporting to Product Development team.
• Provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts and maintain customer data for future use.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
