Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related quantitative disciplines.
• 3 to 5 years of field sales experience.
• Ability to work well independently and take charge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Able to manage time and regional budget requirements.
• Ability to multi-task and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and market share within the territory.
• Pursue new business and develop new methods to attain it.
• Implement strategic plans to attain a 10% annual increase in market share.
• Direct the clinical demonstration process for target accounts and close business.
• Coordinate with the Clinical Sales Specialist for pre-demo activities.
• Nurture current customer accounts with routine calls and demos.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians and hospital staff.
• Be a primary resource for training on equipment use in clinical settings.
• Provide and maintain educational materials in the field.
• Attend local, regional and national trade shows as requested.
