Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Account Executive (Territory - New Jersey). You will drive sales revenue and market share through direct customer engagement, clinical demonstrations, and strategic planning.

Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses and hospital staff while coordinating with Clinical Sales Specialists to ensure successful demos and outcomes. You will manage the sales cycle, forecast monthly results, and deliver timely reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3–5 years of field sales experience.
• Ability to work independently and take charge of situations.
• Able to excel in fast-paced, competitive environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills for developing solid customer relationships.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to manage time and regional budget requirements.
• Able to multi-task and write timely reports.
• Strong communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to present to small groups.
• Understanding basic discount calculations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and market share inside the regional territory as directed.
• Pursue new business and develop new methods for attainment.
• Implement strategic plans for 10% annual market share growth and territory goals.
• Direct clinical demonstration process for qualified accounts and close business.
• Coordinate pre-demo process with Clinical Sales Specialist for successful demonstrations.
• Nurture current accounts through calls, product demos, and in-service sessions.
• Develop relationships with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, and hospital staff.
• Train customers on proper use of equipment in the clinical setting.
• Provide educational materials and act as a field resource.
• Support product development via clinical evaluations and reporting.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports and monthly sales forecasts.
• Maintain customer data for database integration.
• Attend local/regional/national trade shows as requested.
• Adhere to safety policies and vendor credentialing requirements.
