Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking an End User Training Lead to oversee the training portfolio and ensure employees can effectively use mission-critical systems in a federal IT environment. You will lead needs assessments, align learning objectives with goals, and drive adoption of new tools through blended learning—classroom, virtual, and self-paced formats.

You will mentor trainers, coordinate travel and delivery schedules, and steer change-management activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Education, Training, HR, or related field.
• 8+ years in training and development with 4–6 years on technical projects.
• Experience designing, executing, and evaluating technical training programs.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of trainers.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, able to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Govern training strategy for mission-critical systems and needs assessment.
• Design and oversee blended training programs to drive adoption.
• Manage and mentor trainers, including train-the-trainer activities.
• Create and maintain training materials and job aids.
• Implement evaluation methods and improve content and delivery.
• Coordinate with leaders, analysts, and subject-matter experts for deployments.
• Oversee travel planning and training logistics and budgets.
• Promote quality and compliance through coaching and standards.
