Job summary

Blue Yonder seeks an experienced End User Training Lead to drive scalable, role-based learning programs supporting complex supply chain transformations. You will partner with client leaders, OCM, project teams, and stakeholders to enable adoption of new processes and tools.

This senior, client-facing role requires strong instructional design, governance, and leadership of EUT consultants, with up to 30% travel and a focus on measurable readiness and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in end-user training, Learning & Development, instructional design, or related consulting disciplines.
• Experience leading complex learning programs and teams.
• Understanding of OCM principles and integrating learning with readiness and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead EUT programs and workstreams across complex enterprise transformations.
• Conduct learning needs analyses, stakeholder interviews, and discovery activities to identify requirements.
• Translate processes, system functionality, roles, and change impacts into learning objectives and curricula.
• Develop learning architectures, content plans, delivery strategies, and readiness plans.
• Design scalable learning solutions across ILT, virtual, blended, and digital modalities.
• Establish governance, standards, and quality for learning materials.
• Advise clients on training strategy, content development, and train-the-trainer activities.
• Partner with teams to reflect configured solutions and future-state processes in learning.
• Develop assessments, adoption metrics, and business value demonstrations.
