Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking an End User Training Lead to oversee the training portfolio for mission-critical systems in a federal IT environment. You will lead needs assessment, align learning objectives with business goals, and prioritize programs to support tool adoption.

You will direct design and delivery of blended learning solutions—instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats—while evaluating effectiveness and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in training and development, including 4–6 years as a trainer on technical projects and 0–2+ years in a management or team-lead capacity.
• Experience designing, executing, and evaluating training programs for technical applications, with strong needs assessment, curriculum development, and adult-learning delivery.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of trainers, including setting expectations, conducting observations, and providing coaching.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts to varying user levels.

Responsibilities

• Govern the overall training strategy for mission-critical systems, including needs assessment and roadmaps.
• Design blended training programs that combine classroom, virtual, and e-learning methods to drive adoption.
• Mentor a team of trainers and conduct train-the-trainer activities and quality calibration sessions.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials such as lesson plans and user guides.
• Implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with leaders, analysts, application owners, and subject-matter experts to plan deployments and conferences.
• Oversee travel planning and training logistics, budgets, and expense reporting.
• Promote quality and compliance by defining expectations and providing feedback to trainers.
