Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8+ years in training and development, including 4–6 years as a trainer on technical projects and 0–2+ years in management.
• Demonstrated experience designing, executing, and evaluating training programs for technical applications.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of trainers, including setting expectations and providing coaching.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to write clear training materials.
• Strong organizational skills; manage extensive travel (40–75%).
• Candidates must possess a current secret security clearance (active within past 24 months).

Responsibilities

• Govern the overall training strategy for mission-critical systems and needs assessment.
• Design and oversee blended training programs to drive adoption.
• Mentor a team of trainers; train-the-trainer activities and coaching.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of training materials (lesson plans, curricula, SOPs, guides).
• Implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with leaders and SMEs to plan deployments and conferences.
• Oversee travel planning and training logistics, including budgets and expense reviews.
• Promote quality and compliance by defining trainer expectations and standards.
