Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking a Training SME to support the VA’s OIT Product Delivery Services, focusing on training, adoption readiness, communications, and organizational change management. The role emphasizes creating materials, guides, and job aids to drive user adoption across releases.

You will align activities with Agile ceremonies, support onboarding, and ensure effective knowledge transfer to government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT-related field with 7–10 years of experience.
• Experience creating user training materials, user guides, and job aids.
• Experience planning and executing technology adoption communications campaigns.
• Experience supporting Agile ceremonies and aligning OCM with delivery cycles.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Ensure VA staff, stakeholders, and end users receive clear training and are prepared for new releases.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and functional guidance supporting user adoption.
• Update User Guides after each release to document new features clearly.
• Provide system training and SME support across Product Lines and environments.
• Facilitate communications campaigns to adopt new features and systems.
• Identify and manage user expectations around implementation scope and readiness.
• Support post-release end-user engagement and readiness activities.
• Contribute to training materials and knowledge transfer at release and transition.
• Support transition activities by transferring knowledge artifacts to the Government.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, PI Planning, UAT, and post-release activities.
• Support implementation campaigns and field visits; collect feedback for improvement.
