Job summary

ASM Research is seeking an End User Training Lead to manage the organization’s training portfolio for mission-critical systems in a federal IT environment. You will assess training needs, align objectives with business goals, and drive adoption of new tools and services through blended learning solutions.

You will lead design and delivery, mentor a team of trainers, coordinate travel and delivery schedules, and oversee change-management activities accompanying new applications in a complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in training and development, including 4–6 years as a trainer on technical projects and 0–2+ years in a management capacity.
• Experience designing, executing, and evaluating training programs for technical applications.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of trainers with coaching for performance and quality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; can explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, including travel up to 75%.
• Current secret security clearance active within the past 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Govern the overall training strategy for mission-critical systems, including needs assessment and roadmaps.
• Design and oversee blended training programs to drive system adoption for diverse user groups.
• Manage and mentor a team of trainers, including train-the-trainer activities.
• Supervise creation and maintenance of training materials such as curricula and guides.
• Implement evaluation methods to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with business leaders and SMEs to plan deployments and conferences.
• Oversee travel planning and training logistics, including budgets and reports.
• Promote consistent quality and compliance with training standards.
