Qualifications

• Experience designing, executing, and evaluating training programs for technical applications.
• Strong needs assessment, curriculum development, and adult‑learning delivery skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of trainers with coaching feedback.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for diverse users.
• Ability to manage extensive travel (40–75% of time) and multiple initiatives.
• Current secret security clearance active within past 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Govern the overall training strategy for mission‑critical systems and needs assessment.
• Design and oversee blended training programs to drive system adoption.
• Mentor a team of trainers, including train‑the‑trainer activities and quality calibration.
• Create and maintain training materials such as lesson plans, curricula, SOPs, guides, and job aids.
• Implement evaluation methods, analyze results, and improve content and delivery.
• Coordinate with leaders, analysts, owners, and SMEs to plan deployments and conferences.
• Oversee travel planning, trainer schedules, travel budgets, and expense reporting.
• Define trainer expectations, provide coaching, and reinforce policies and standards.
