Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop computers, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide technical support for local IT issues, including conference room tech and AD/365 services.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding activities and IT asset records.
• Develop and implement Service Management policies and SLAs.
• Assist in IT projects and documentation updates.
