Job summary

Chubb Life Fund is seeking a Site Support Analyst to assist employees, new hires, and contractors with technical issues on PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals. The role covers hardware/software troubleshooting, printer and video conferencing support, and equipment provisioning for new hires.

Lead projects like Office Moves, Hardware Refreshes, and major software rollouts.
Train staff on hardware and software usage and patch compliance.
Configure hardware and install software per service requests.
Document issue resolutions and identify root causes for improvements.
Manage hardware inventory and equipment lifecycle.
