Job summary

Chubb is seeking a Site Support Analyst to assist employees, new hires, and contractors with technical issues related to PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals. The role covers hardware/software support, Office moves, and device provisioning while delivering strong customer service and proactive problem solving.

You will field incidents, train users, and ensure patch compliance, with opportunities to contribute to global end-user technology standardization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a technical support or related role.
• Strong PC hardware knowledge and enthusiasm for end-user technology.
• Proficiency with desktop tools including Office 365.
• Knowledge of Mac OS and Apple iOS.
• Experience setting up printers, monitors and IT cabling.
• Ability to document processes and procedures.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and remediate PC/peripheral/mobile device hardware and software issues and incidents related to internal and external applications including all Microsoft products.
• Support users in their use of printers, digital scanners, smart devices, meeting room scheduling and video conferencing technology.
• Collaborate on projects like Office Moves, Real Estate Initiatives, hardware refreshes and major software rollouts.
• Train and guide staff on hardware and software usage.
• Ensure patch compliance for PCs and assist with hardware configurations.
• Document resolutions and identify root causes; propose improvements to processes.
• Maintain inventories and track incoming/outgoing equipment; coordinate with 3rd party vendors.
• Coordinate new hire setups including equipment configuration and onboarding from a tech perspective.
• Identify opportunities to automate or simplify processes; standardize End User Services catalog.
