Job summary

GNC Holdings, LLC is seeking a Client Technologies TechnicianI to ensure smooth operation of end-user hardware and software in the distribution center. You will troubleshoot, manage help desk issues, oversee asset inventory, and support projects.

You will install systems, provide user support, and coordinate with the Systems Engineer to keep IT services running reliably in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of successful network PC experience preferred.
• IT certifications preferred.
• Strong customer service skills; assist all users with requests.
• High proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and responsive support for system-related requests from internal users via the help desk.
• Serve as the point of contact in the absence of the Systems Engineer.
• Lead and train Technicians to ensure team performance and skill development.
• Set up and install equipment for employee use, including cables and software.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Assist with installation and support of end-user applications and IT hardware.
• Monitor and manage backups for file servers and workstations; track issues.
