Skill is seeking a detail-oriented IT support specialist to be the backbone of daily operations. You will handle hardware deployment, inventory control, end-user support, and meticulous ticket documentation to ensure smooth IT services for the team.

This temporary, on-site role offers hands-on problem solving, strong customer service opportunities, and a pathway to contribute to business continuity in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical users.
• Ability to move and organize IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Hardware Deployment: Image, configure, and prepare laptops/tablets for deployment.
• Inventory & Logistics: Manage incoming equipment, maintain physical inventory, and clean IT storage spaces.
• End-User Support: Provide high levels of customer service and troubleshoot IT needs for team members.
• Ticket Management & Documentation: Document issues and route/escalate to IT teams as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Follow leadership direction to execute priorities and adapt to changing needs.
