Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Dallas seeks a sales professional to call on Facility Managers, Security Directors, IT Directors, and Planning Departments within end-user accounts, collaborating with wholesalers, integrators, locksmiths, and distributors to maximize impact.

You will sell door opening solutions as a consultant, using discovery to identify needs and present tailored solutions. Travel to meet customers as required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs for samples.

Qualifications

• College/University degree (pref. related fields) or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, construction-related preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using CRM tools for sales and activity reporting.
• Knowledge of industry-related software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Call on Facility Managers, Security Directors, IT Directors, and Construction/Planning Departments within end-user accounts.
• Partner with local selling partners (wholesalers, integrators, locksmiths, distributors) to maximize impact.
• Sell opening solutions as a consultant, using a solution-based approach.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term sales plans; identify client needs and present solutions.
