Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Sales Representative to call on Facility and IT Directors, security directors, and construction teams in the North Texas end-user market. You will collaborate with wholesalers, integrators, locksmiths, and distributors to drive door opening solution sales.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in building materials sales, a degree or equivalent, and strong CRM and MS Office skills. Occasional travel to customer sites is expected in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• College/University degree or equivalent; min high school diploma.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in building materials or construction.

Responsibilities

• Call on Facility Managers, Security Directors, IT Directors, and Construction/Planning Departments within end-user accounts.
• Partner with wholesalers, integrators, locksmiths, and distributors to maximize impact with end users.
• Develop short and long-term sales plans and identify client needs.
• Sell opening solutions as a consultant with diverse audiences.
