Qualifications

• College/University degree or equivalent, or commensurate work experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years in distribution/channel sales in door & hardware.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with industry software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain distributor relationships across the organization.
• Solicit, follow-up, and negotiate quote opportunities.
• Promote distributor programs to grow discretionary sales revenue.
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure correct ASSA ABLOY specifications.
• Conduct distributor business reviews on a regular cadence.
• Plan and deliver distributor product/solution training sessions.
• Coordinate resolution of product and service issues.
• Manage brand shelf space at distributor accounts.
