Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an End User Support Technician in Elkridge, MD to provide hands-on IT support for about 30 users at the Maryland location. You will be the primary local IT resource, delivering courteous and effective help desk services while maintaining a reliable technology environment.

The role requires 2+ years in desktop support, strong Windows troubleshooting, and experience with O365 and device imaging.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in desktop support or help desk.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows OS and peripherals.
• Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.
• Hands-on device deployment and imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day desktop and end-user support for onsite employees.
• Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform break/fix support for laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other end-user equipment.
• Provide both remote and hands-on technical support for timely issue resolution.
• Image, configure, deploy, and refresh desktop and laptop systems per company standards.
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities including workstation setup, equipment provisioning, and asset recovery.
