Job summary

DMI, headquartered in Tysons Corner, VA, is seeking an End User Support Specialist to assist Maryland state agencies with end-user technology needs.

This on-site role in Crownsville, MD covers Windows, Office, Chrome, and video conference tools, with a Monday–Friday 9:00–17:30 schedule and mileage/telework considerations. A 3+ year background in help desk support and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in Help Desk/Desktop support.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Associate’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• IT hardware & software support for end users (printers, scanners, devices).
• Document, triage, and resolve tickets in ServiceNow.
• Configure video conference tools and conferencing setup.
• Assist teleworkers with equipment delivery and setup.
• Collaborate with DoIT teams to resolve issues.
