Cencora in Fontana, CA is seeking a Specialist I, End-User Support to assist with configuring, deploying, and maintaining endpoint devices. The role focuses on routine tasks and follows standard procedures to ensure a reliable digital workplace experience.

The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, less than 2 years in IT support, and familiarity with Microsoft and Mac OS, Office, and ServiceNow.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in technical support or desktop support.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, IT Fundamentals (ITF+) or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft and Mac OS is highly desired.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ServiceNow is desirable.
