Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in technical/desktop IT support.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITF+ preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft and Mac OS highly desired.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• On-site work and 10-15% travel to other centers.
• Participation in on-call rotation (2 weeks/year).

Responsibilities

• Delivers routine tasks related to imaging, deploying, and supporting endpoint devices for a single site or team priority.
• Follows documented troubleshooting steps to resolve routine local site technology issues.
• Works within IT asset management procedures with guidance from senior team members.
• Device configuration decisions are narrow to moderate; close supervision for ambiguous tasks.
• Communicates within End-User Support team and escalates unclear requirements early.
• Identifies straightforward improvements within local site tasks and escalates out-of-scope issues.
• Supports team on-call rotation and proactive issue notification.
